About the Chef

Nuria Llopis Oliart, lovingly known as Mamma Nuria, grew up in a traditional Spanish cooks family. For five generations, the best Spanish culinary tips were passed to all the children. With their passion for Mediterranean food, all the children have opened their own restaurants in Marbella where Mamma Nuria refined her skills. After cooking for 20 years in Spain, Nuria joins E Bar to serve traditional home-cooked Mediterranean food ? healthy and natural with the freshest ingredients.
